Called Tick Tock to upgrade locks at our facility, very knowledgeable and provided options for high security bars for our rear door. They installed the bar along with high security locks on the exterior doors. The technician was very professional and took care of the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for any commercial security/lock needs.

Needed a replacement key for my older car. Of course, the manufacturer makes it as difficult a process as possible for "security" reasons (as they obviously want you to pay around $500 for a replacement at the dealer!). Though the car threw a couple of curve balls at him, my technician Avi was not deterred and managed to work his magic on one of the coldest days of the year and got my new key made quickly and professionally for WAY less than the dealer wanted to charge me! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was not locked out of my car as in most situations, but I had lost a chip key and wanted another one made. I called at 9pm or so and my issue was resolved by 11am the next day and he was able to meet me at work. Service was great and he was easy to talk to when the key was cut and programed.
